How much does shipping cost?

We charge $6.00 for shipping and handling regardless of destination. This fee is the same for international orders.

We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) using their First Class mail service.

How long does "shipping" take?

Once you package is shipped Domestic orders take 3-5 business days. International Orders take around 7-10 business days. These shipping times may vary a little around the holidays. Of course we realize that there may be a circumstance where you may need an order shipped faster. For these circumstances feel free to contact us and we will do what we can to get you your bracelet sooner. Additional charges may apply.

How long does" handling" take

Because each order is "handmade" there is a handling time which can take from 7-10 business days before the bracelet is shipped out. We strive to have everything in stock ready to ship. On rare occasions we will have a shortage of supplies that may delay orders. If this is the case we will notify you immediately. We do try to get the orders out as fast as we can and appreciate your patience.

Do you provide tracking numbers?

Domestic orders will have a delivery conformation number that provides limited tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we will ship anywhere that has a valid address.

Can I purchase shipping insurance?

Yes, shipping insurance may be purchased for an additional $3.00 on domestic orders only. For international orders insurance may be purchased for an additional $13.00. MyBellaBracelet is not responsible for lost or misplaced packages.

What is your return policy?

I strive for satisfaction from all of my customers, However, if for whatever reason you are not happy with your purchase I do offer a Return Policy. We have a 30 day money back guarantee from the date the bracelet was shipped. You will be returned the cost of the bracelet minus any shipping charges. You are responsible for any return shipping charges as well. The bracelet must be in its original condition. For damaged bracelets a partial refund may be given.

To return a bracelet please notify us before returning it in the mail so that we can bee looking for it. You can call us at 435.764.7949 or email us at crystal@mybellabracelet.com. The bracelet must be returned in a padded envelope, like the one it was shipped in, to protect the it from damage. Sending it with delivery conformation is a good idea so that you can know if it has arrived safely. Refunds will be given through paypal or by check.
